These logos demonstrate the autocratic nature of the grossly overpaid CEOs of the London boroughs.The t shirt should actually read "32 Meglamaniacs-1 City (sort of)". IMHO of course.

Shame it misses off the City of London. Because there are 33 local authorities in London...
And there's also the mighty London Councils.

City of London is not a borough. something to do with not having a council. 32 boroughs - 1 city then i guess
