I have no ideas what this is about. But it's gorgeous. Beautiful. Ethereal beauty, but at the same time bold and almost blunt. I love this.
And if I was in charge of the 2012 Olympics I would do an Olympic version of this all over town.

Lighting painting, very well done, leave the the shutter open in a dark place and paint away with a flashlight. http://is.gd/c4mTF (link is to google image search).
