In our office at least.
For the last few weeks someone has being putting free chocolates on reception of a Friday lunchtime. You would be amazed how happy this makes people. A really simple (and cheap) gesture that makes everyone smile from the Chairman to the juniorest junior.
I know this might sound silly, but this is a real insight into people and morale. It's the little things folks, the little things.
